Recommended size: ~720×200px (a wide box, roughly 3.6:1) — a scan or photo of just the signature, cropped tight, works best.
Background: transparent or white PNG (no visible box/border around the signature).
File: PNG, JPEG, or WEBP, under 2MB.
It always prints at a fixed 180×50px box, so the preview below is shown at that same size — if your signature looks right here, it'll look right on the printed document.
